5. Retention period
Your data is retained strictly for the time needed to fulfill the stated purposes:

6. Data recipients
The only recipients of your personal data are:
- Authorized AIME Energie SAS personnel
- Our hosting provider OVH SAS, acting as a data processor under article 28 of the GDPR for hosting and email services
No data is transferred outside the European Union. OVH hosts its servers in France and across Europe.
7. Your rights
Under articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act, you have the following rights over your personal data:
- Right of access: confirm that your data is being processed and obtain a copy
- Right to rectification: have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected
- Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten"): request deletion of your data
- Right to restriction of processing: request temporary suspension
- Right to portability: receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
- Right to object: oppose the processing of your data on grounds relating to your particular situation
- Right to give directives regarding the fate of your data after your death
To exercise these rights, write to contact@aime-energie.com with a clear description of your request. We will reply within one month, as required by article 12 of the GDPR. Proof of identity may be requested in case of reasonable doubt.
8. Security
AIME Energie implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data:
- HTTPS encryption (TLS) for all transmissions
- Secure hosting on OVH servers in France
- Access restricted to authorized personnel
- Regular encrypted backups
- Regular security updates
In the event of a personal data breach with a risk to your rights and freedoms, AIME Energie will notify the CNIL within 72 hours and, if the risk is high, will notify you directly.
9. Cookies and trackers
This website uses no tracking, advertising, or behavioral analytics cookies. It does not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any other third-party audience measurement tool requiring consent.
Only cookies strictly necessary for the technical operation of the site (e.g. language preference) may be set. Such cookies are exempt from consent under article 82 of the French Data Protection Act.
Should this policy evolve, a consent banner compliant with CNIL recommendations will be implemented.
